How can I find out about specials or promotions?
Promotions and seasonal offers are shared via our email newsletter, social media channels, and website. We recommend subscribing to stay updated on our latest packages and exclusive offers.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my results?
Client satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your results, please contact us promptly so our team can assess your concerns and recommend an appropriate solution or follow-up treatment.
Are your treatments safe for all skin types?
Our licensed professionals evaluate each client’s skin and medical history to ensure treatments are safe and effective for your skin type, including sensitive skin.
Do I need to prepare my skin before a treatment?
Some treatments may require specific preparation, such as avoiding certain products or sun exposure. Our team will provide all pre-treatment instructions during your consultation.
How often should I schedule treatments?
Recommended treatment frequency depends on the service and your skin goals. For example, advanced facials or rejuvenation treatments are typically scheduled every 3–4 weeks. Your provider will create a personalized schedule during your consultation.
Do you offer memberships or packages?
We will be offering exclusive memberships and package programs designed to provide long-term skin health, priority booking, and luxurious savings. Membership details and benefits are reviewed during consultation or upon inquiry.
Should I be using medical-grade skincare?
Medical-grade skincare products like we offer are formulated with higher concentrations of active ingredients to deliver real results. Using professional products at home helps maintain and enhance the effects of your in-office treatments.
Do injections hurt?
Most clients describe injectable treatments as minimally uncomfortable, often feeling like a slight pinch. Our specialists may use techniques and numbing options to ensure your comfort throughout the procedure.
What are the side effects of neuromodulators (e.g. Botox)?
Common side effects are usually mild and temporary, such as slight redness, swelling, or tenderness at the injection site. Rare side effects are discussed during your consultation to ensure your safety.
Is there downtime with injectables?
Most injectable treatments have little to no downtime. You may experience minor redness, swelling, or bruising, but you can typically resume daily activities immediately depending on the treatment.
Will I bruise?
Some bruising is possible at injection sites, especially if you are prone to bruising. Our team uses careful techniques to minimize it.
What can I do to prevent bruising?
Avoid alcohol, blood-thinning medications (if safe for you), and strenuous exercise before treatment. Our team will provide personalized pre- and post-care instructions.
I am older and have never done anything – is it too late to start?
It’s never too late to start caring for your skin or trying injectables. Our treatments can be customized for any age to enhance your natural beauty.
What if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
While certain treatments like injectables and chemical peels are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, there are safe options to help you care for your skin. Important: Always consult your obstetrician or healthcare provider before trying new skin treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding.
